Watch that beautiful bird fly away or;
Watch the sun rise or the sun set or;
See the ocean's waves break to shore or;
Let the wind blow onto your face and really feel the chill or;
Admire the colours of the rainbow?

Do you ever stop to...
Watch the twinkle in the eyes of your 6 year old son or daughter or;
Watch the kids play without reading the newspaper or;
Greet that man who stands at your gate to open and close it for you each day or;
Thank your house help for the wonderful job they do each day or;
Say a prayer for the less fortunate who are languishing in our slums or;
To speak up against that injustice -- the woman just got shouted at by that makanga for crying out loud?

Have you ever stopped to...
Think of yourself and this very moment, this minute, this second or;
Close your eyes and hear your heart beating and feel yourself breathe or;
Say "Thank you God for life and finding it proper for me to be right here, right now" or;
Just Breath?

Well, this is Friday or as we call it Furahiday! And the weekend is smiling at us! Take it easy guys, enjoy the scenery, take a walk in your neighbourhood, get to know which kiosks are new heheh, drive slowly for once, let not that Matatu driver get to you- ignore him and smile, do not get stressed, get home early today, help with the cooking, thank your spouse for putting up with you :) , kiss your children's foreheads and tell them how much you adore them, plan to go to church, thank your Maker for being kind to you, watch a movie, treat your workers to lunch - appreciate them, play golf, go dancing; do everything to ensure that you don't get stressed and most importantly keep smiling! Life's too short not to enjoy.
