Ngong Hills Second Edition- Pictures

So last week I mentioned that I was planning to go for another hike. Saturday 28th May, 2011 was the day. I returned to the Ngong Hills. This time round it wasn't anything like the first experience. It was a much easier climb compared to a month ago. I wasn't as tired and we reduced our hiking time by close to 2 hours; but [wait for this one] we hiked all the 7 hills! Please note that during my first hike I only managed 3 hills. When coming down the seventh hill, I was almost somersaulting! The feeling was out of this world. I made it, I made it!!

There were two highlights of the day for me.
a) Of course completing the mission - to hike the 7 hills.
b) This is hilarious - for the first time of my life I hitch-hiked a ride. You know the thumbs up thing you do to stop a car? Yes that. On finishing the hike, we had to catch a ride from Corner Baridi area of Kiserian back to Ngong Town where we began hiking, hence the hitch-hiking episode. The fact that I'm writing this blog means I'm alive and well, I wasn't abducted - so don't panic. :)

Anyway, since I'm not in such a mood to write today, let me share the many pictures I took that day. The quality is not all that, but I'll try to get myself a better camera. :)
